Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via chat and email, providing timely and effective solutions.
  
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and offering relevant products or services.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
  
• Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in a similar role (customer support or related field).
  
• Excellent communication skills in English language (written & verbal).
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  
• Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications.
