Customer Success Manager Telugu Speaking (Level 2)

Role & responsibilities

• Responsible for engagement of at least 20 accounts (about 35-40 lakhs of annual business)
• Communicating in Telugu either Native/ Professionally
• Should be able to plan & execute all webinars/programs/campaigns (Engagement overall)
• Should be able to do Mentoring of CSM-1
• Should be able to do Launches and Report discussions if required
• Should be able to analyze the data, create reports
• Should be able to do Engagement Discussions without the presence of SCSM
• Should be able to travel
• Should be able to collaborate with cross functional teams.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduation/Post Graduation required with Graduation in Psychology field considered as an advantage
• Proficiency in Telugu is mandatory
• 1-2 years of experience required in customer success, human resources, business development, customer service, marketing or relevant fields.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets
• Basic knowledge in Psychology
• Prioritization skills (Time Management)
• Communication- Able to communicate and write well
• Active Listening - Able to listen, understand and then respond appropriately
• Presentation skills
• Planning Skills
