About the role
Make sure our customers get real value from Hibilter — guiding them from pilot to scaled adoption, and being their voice inside the company.
What you'll do
- Own customer relationships after the sale, from onboarding to renewal
- Guide customers from pilot to wider adoption with clear success plans
- Coordinate with product and engineering to resolve issues quickly
- Track adoption and outcomes, and share insight with the team
- Build the customer success playbook as we grow
What you'll bring
- Experience in customer success, account management or delivery for enterprise software
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Comfort with technical products and learning quickly
- An organised, proactive approach in a remote team
Nice to have
- Experience with AI or data products
- Experience with enterprise or public-sector customers
