Role Description

The Customer Success Executive will be responsible for ensuring that customers achieve maximum value from Volody's CLM solutions through proactive support and relationship management. Day-to-day activities include onboarding new customers, understanding their business requirements, guiding them through product features, and responding to queries or issues in a timely manner. The role involves monitoring customer usage, identifying opportunities to improve adoption, coordinating with internal teams to resolve concerns, and preparing regular status reports. The Customer Success Executive will also be expected to support customer retention initiatives, gather feedback for product improvement, and contribute to best practices for customer engagement. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Goregaon, Mumbai, and is open only to candidates who can work from Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills to foster long-term, positive relationships with clients.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Support and Account Management skills to handle inquiries, manage expectations, and oversee customer accounts effectively.
• Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills to interpret usage data, identify trends, and recommend actions that enhance customer outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are an advantage).
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and technical support.
• Prior experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or legal/contract management solutions is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, IT, or a related field is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
