Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)

Cab Facility: Both-side cab

Shift: Rotational

Responsibilities: - Urgent Requirement of Customer Service - Voice Process Profile for our client MNC Company For Gurugram Location.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate resolutions through voice calls.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate information and assistance.
• Resolve customer complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Follow defined process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction details in the system.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
• Meet defined productivity, quality and customer service targets.
• Maintain professional communication while interacting with customers.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good English communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Comfortable working from office in Gurugram.
