Customer Service Representative

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings with international clients.
• Understand customer requirements and explain the company's services.
• Conduct initial consultation calls with prospective clients.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain effective communication.
• Coordinate with the sales and technical teams to support business opportunities.
• Maintain customer details and follow-up records.

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Comfortable communicating with international clients.
• Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
