About this role
Urgent requirement Senior Client Servicing Executive
Experience: 5–10 years
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Understand client requirements and ensure smooth execution of projects/services
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client expectations on time
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
Handle client queries, concerns, and escalations professionally
Prepare client reports, presentations, and service updates
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline
3–6 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer relationship roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
