Role: Customer Service Representative

We are looking for customer-focused and enthusiastic professionals to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally and empathetically.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer queries.
• Handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Support the team in improving customer service processes and quality.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma / 12th Pass or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Good multitasking and time-management skills.
• Patient, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
• Previous customer service/BPO experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
• Freshers can also apply, subject to communication skills and role requirements.

Salary & Benefits

CTC: 26,000 – 38,000 per month

• Night-shift allowance as applicable.
• Complimentary meals during shifts.
• Cab facility available between 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
• Temporary accommodation for 5 days for candidates relocating to Ahmedabad.
• Travel ticket support from your current location to Ahmedabad for eligible relocated candidates.

Relocation Support

Candidates from anywhere in India who are willing to relocate to Ahmedabad are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

• At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
