Job Summary
Looking for customer service professionals to handle inbound customer interactions for the US geography, primarily related to loan/mortgage servicing. The role involves resolving customer queries, maintaining accurate information, handling complaints, and ensuring quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound US customer calls and resolve loan/servicing-related queries.
- Update and maintain customer/loan information accurately in servicing systems.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate resolution or escalation.
- Use autodialing/servicing systems as required.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and customer service targets.
- Ensure compliance with process guidelines and service standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficient issue resolution.
- Minimum 1 year of English voice process / call center experience is mandatory.
- Strong English communication skills – verbal and written.
- Graduate preferred; undergraduate candidates must have at least 1 year of call center experience.
- US geography/customer handling experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Mortgage/loan servicing experience is an added advantage.
- Strong customer handling, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Candidates should be flexible with shift changes and split weekly offs.
- Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
- 5 days working | Work from Office
