Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in WhatsApp, email, and SMS marketing campaigns
• Support customer engagement and retention activities
• Coordinate campaign execution with internal teams
• Maintain campaign reports and customer databases
• Support offer communication and repeat purchase campaigns
• Track retention campaign performance and basic analytics
• Work on loyalty & referral programs.
