Position: CRM Executive

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Mode: On-Site

Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities

Manage regular client communication and follow-ups

Handle leads, enquiries, and client requirements

Maintain and update CRM records and databases

Track leads and ensure timely follow-ups

Coordinate with sales, technical, and project teams

Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively

Maintain strong and long-term client relationships

Ensure timely responses and smooth communication

Prepare CRM reports and maintain accurate records

Support the team in improving client satisfaction and retention

What We're Looking For

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills

Good follow-up and coordination abilities

Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to manage multiple client conversations

Positive, professional, and problem-solving attitude

Experience in CRM, client servicing, sales coordination, or IT services is preferred
