Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve issues promptly.
  
• Provide accurate information on health insurance products and services to customers.
  
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional products or services based on customer needs.
  
• Maintain a high level of accuracy when processing transactions and updating records.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in tele sales, insurance sales, or related field.
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written abilities.
