We're hiring a Customer Relationship Executive for a leading jewellery brand to build lasting client relationships, manage

walk-in and online inquiries, and deliver a premium in-store experience across their showroom.

Key Skills

• Prior experience in retail, luxury, or jewellery sales preferred

• Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

• Comfortable handling walk-in and online customer inquiries

• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach

• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients visiting the showroom

• Handle walk-in and online customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Guide customers through the jewellery collection and assist with purchase decisions

• Deliver a premium, personalized in-store experience to every client

• Coordinate with the sales team to meet customer engagement and service targets

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
