Job Details

• Communication: C1-level English proficiency
• Education: Undergraduate (UG) / Graduate
• Working Days: 5 days a week
• Weekly Offs: 2 rotational weekly offs
• Shift: Rotational shifts in a 247 environment
• Cab Facility: Both-side cab provided

Experience Criteria

• Graduates: Freshers can apply.
• Undergraduates: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience, documented on paper.

Salary

• Graduate Freshers: 24,000 in-hand per month, with no performance-linked incentive (PLI).
• Experienced Candidates: Up to 29,000 in-hand per month, or a 2025% hike on their last in-hand salary, subject to eligibility and approval.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through chat and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in written English.
• Understand customer concerns and offer appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow process guidelines, quality standards and data privacy requirements.
• Meet customer satisfaction, productivity and quality targets.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.

Required Skills

• Strong written English communication at C1 level.
• Good typing speed, grammar and accuracy.
• Customer-focused approach and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
