We are hiring Customer Service Executives for multiple International Voice Processes. Candidates with relevant international BPO voice experience and excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Available Processes

AUS Tech Voice Process

Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA CTC

• In-hand: ₹41,380/month
• During training, including training allowance: ₹44,005/month
• Post training, including variable pay: ₹46,630/month

Eligibility:

• Minimum 6 months of International Voice Process experience is mandatory
• Excellent English communication skills
• Salary will depend on last drawn salary, relevant experience, and interview performance

UK Customer Service / Complaints Process

Candidates with 1+ year experience:

• CTC: ₹5.5 LPA
• In-hand: ₹36,100/month
• During training: ₹38,392/month
• Post training, including variable pay: ₹40,683/month
• Uncapped incentives available

Candidates with 6–11 months experience:

• CTC: ₹5 LPA
• In-hand: ₹32,800/month
• During training: ₹34,883/month
• Post training, including variable pay: ₹36,967/month
• Uncapped incentives available

Eligibility:

• Minimum 6 months relevant experience
• International BPO / Voice Process experience preferred
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong customer-handling and complaint-resolution skills

Canadian Telecom Process

Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA

• In-hand: Up to ₹44,655/month
• No joining bonus
• Salary based on last drawn salary

Shift: Canadian shifts, between 6:00 PM and 11:00 AM

Eligibility:

• International Voice Process experience is mandatory
• Excellent English communication skills
• Customer service / Telecom experience preferred
• Salary based on last drawn salary and interview performance
