About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our company . This is primarily a Client Servicing and

Project Coordination role rather than a traditional customer-support position.

The candidate will be responsible for managing client communication, understanding requirements, coordinating with internal creative teams, tracking project progress, handling client feedback, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

The role also involves identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional media and creative services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day communication with clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams.
• Coordinate with production, video editing, graphic design, studio, and marketing teams.
• Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, and client commitments.
• Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Collect, understand, and communicate client feedback to the relevant teams.
• Handle client queries, concerns, and issues and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
• Manage multiple clients, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional media and creative services.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively resolve project-related challenges and ensure a smooth client experience.
• Mandatory Requirements
• Strong verbal and written English communication - Mandatory
• Strong Kannada communication - Mandatory
• Good client-handling and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and task-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a Work From Office environment at Whitefield / EPIP, Bengaluru.
• Candidates who can join within 1 week are preferred.

Freshers:

• Can be considered if they have strong communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
• Preferred Skills & Background
• Experience in Client Servicing, Customer Success, Customer Service, Account Management, or Project Coordination.
• Experience in a media house, creative agency, production house, or digital content company will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of video production, editing, graphic design, podcasting, or media-production workflows.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
• Exposure to project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
• Previous experience in upselling / cross-selling is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Media, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
