About this role
Hiring: Trade Support Specialist – Advanced | Mumbai
We are hiring experienced professionals for a Trade Support Specialist – Advanced role with a leading financial services organization.
Location: Mumbai – L&T Powai / NKP
Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office
Experience: 5+ Years preferred (4+ years may be considered for strong candidates)
Qualification: Bachelor's degree; B.Com preferred
Interview: 2 Rounds – 1 Virtual + 1 Face-to-Face
Shift Timings
- EMEA: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST (Primary shift)
- APAC: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
- North America: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
Candidates must be flexible with shift timings.

Key Responsibilities
- Support trade-related activities and act as a lead for operational activities.
- Manage client queries related to Custody Trades, Cash Movements, Corporate Actions and FX.
- Support trade settlements, trade confirmations, trade capture & repair, cash processing and income processing.
- Act as a key point of contact for settlement, corporate actions, dividends and payment-related queries.
- Liaise with back-office settlement teams to resolve operational queries.
- Manage and control daily workflow within the Custody Client Facing Team.
- Ensure completion and sign-off of daily controls and client inquiries.
- Monitor and resolve cash and stock breaks and support event management.
- Produce and maintain required operational metrics and reports.
- Participate in client meetings when required.
Preferred Background
Candidates with local or global Custody Operations experience are preferred.
