CS Fresher: Compliance and Secretarial - NBFC - Gurgaon

Having extensive knowledge of NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) regulations, RBI (Reserve Bank of India) circulars, SEBI Regulations, and circulars. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, particularly those related to NBFC and RBI. They will also be for maintaining and updating the company's corporate records and communicating with stakeholders regarding compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with NBFC regulations and RBI circulars.
• Monitor and report on the company's compliance with NBFC regulations and RBI circulars.
• Maintain and update corporate records, including board meeting minutes, annual reports, and other regulatory filings.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs to educate employees on NBFC regulations and RBI circulars.
• Ensure that the company's activities are consistent with applicable laws and regulations.
• Stay up to date on regulatory developments and communicate relevant updates to stakeholders.
