We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our team and take full ownership of building and scaling the CRM function at Mindly.

ABOUT YOU:

• 2+ years of hands‑on experience in Email Marketing, push notifications, and in‑app messaging as core user communication channels in a product‑led environment

• Practical experience with ESP tools such as Customer.io http://Customer.io, Iterable, eSputnik, MailChimp, or others

• A proactive mindset and a high level of autonomy

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, launch, and continuously optimize user communications across Email, Push, and In‑App messages

• Run daily performance analysis of CRM campaigns, communications, and promo mechanics, turning insights into clear hypotheses and experiments for improvement

• Own audience segmentation end‑to‑end: define targeting rules, build segments, and implement them in automated, trigger‑based journeys

• Monitor and improve core delivery and engagement metrics (Open Rate, CTR, Delivery Rate, Unsubscribe/Spam Rate), ensuring consistently high‑quality reach

• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests with a strong focus on business outcomes (Conversion, LTV, Retention, Churn, etc.)

• Work closely with product team to ensure CRM touchpoints form a cohesive, consistent user experience across the product

We work remotely, but ideally, you are located in the CET or EET time zone.
