CRM Executive

We're hiring a CRM Executive at BathStory!

Unlike any other lifestyle brand, buying from us isn't always a one-tap purchase. This is a high-intent category. Whether it's a shower partition, a smart mirror, or one of the products we're launching next, there's a real journey between I'm interested and it's in my home. We're looking for someone to own every message a customer receives along that journey, and make each one feel human.

As part of this role, you will:

• Own our CRM across WhatsApp, email, and our lifecycle flows (we use tools like AiSensy, and Zoho) across different consumer cohorts.
• Write and manage our emailer automations, WhatsApp messages, abandoned-cart nudges - everything that moves the needle in a consumer's lifecycle.
• Segment our customers and figure out what messaging genuinely works for each kind of buyer.
• Map and improve communication across the full journey, from first enquiry to after-sales.
• Work closely with our Sales, Growth & Ops teams to automate customer communication and improve efficiencies.
• Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing and continuously improve engagement and conversions.

You're right for this role if:

• You have 0–2 years of experience, but you can also write well and really know how to communicate smartly. This is the non-negotiable
• You understand marketing and messaging, not just copy-paste from an AI tool
• You're comfortable using AI and CRM tools smartly, and you actually understand what they can do
• You've done some form of CRM / lifecycle / retention work before
• You like collaborating cross-functionally; this role sits close to growth, brand, and ops
• A background in D2C or the interiors/home space is a bonus

This is a junior role with a lot of room to grow, and a front-row view of how a D2C brand is built. If you know what good communication looks like, and want to own a real function, this is for you.
