Job Summary

Apollo HomeCare is looking for skilled and compassionate Home Care Nurses to provide professional nursing services and personalized patient care at patients' homes across Delhi/NCR.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and assistance to patients at their homes.
• Monitor vital signs and assess patients' health conditions.
• Assist with medication administration, wound care, and other nursing procedures as prescribed.
• Support patients requiring post-hospitalization care and long-term nursing assistance.
• Maintain patient records and follow the prescribed care plan.
• Ensure proper hygiene, infection control, and patient safety.
• Coordinate with doctors and family members regarding patient progress.

Candidate Requirements

• GNM / B.Sc Nursing / ANM qualification.
• 15 years of relevant nursing experience.
• Good clinical knowledge and patient-care skills.
• Ability to work independently in a homecare environment.
• Willingness to work 12-hour or 24-hour shifts.
• Valid nursing registration, as applicable.
