Creo Windchill Support

We are looking for a skilled Creo Windchill Support professional to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide technical support and expertise in using PTC Creo and Windchill software solutions. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, providing training to users, and ensuring smooth operations of the software applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and resolve problems efficiently is essential. The role also involves maintaining documentation of processes and solutions, conducting regular system audits, and implementing best practices to enhance system performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Creo and Windchill applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain documentation of processes and solutions.
- Conduct training sessions for users on best practices and software features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement improvements.
- Perform regular system audits and updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Creo and Windchill software.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Proficiency in PTC Creo and Windchill software applications.
- Strong understanding of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with system integration and data management.
- Familiarity with CAD modeling and engineering principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of database management and query languages is a plus.
