Job Title: Credit Review_ Fund/Franchise Finance (SrAssociate/ Delivery Lead/Delivery Manager)
- Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
- Work hours: 10am to 7pm /1pm-10pm

Key Responsibilities
Analyze franchise lending opportunities by evaluatingborrower financial performance, repayment capacity, key underwriting metrics,and operating risks to support sound credit recommendations.
Analyze franchise concepts, market positioning, industrydynamics, and operator strength by evaluating business performance, managementcapability, franchisor relationships, compliance with franchise standards, andoverall competitiveness within approved franchise sectors.
Assess loan structure, repayment sources, collateralcoverage, and covenant requirements, while preparing credit memorandums thatevaluate financial performance, key risks, policy exceptions, and mitigants tosupport informed credit recommendations.
Evaluate collateral and enterprise value through analysisof appraisals, valuations, and recovery prospects to support credit decisions.
Monitor borrower performance, covenant compliance,liquidity, leverage, and credit quality through periodic reviews, risk ratingassessments, industry trend analysis, and portfolio risk management activities.
Partner with Credit Officers to gather requiredinformation, resolve queries, and ensure timely completion of reviews withinestablished deadlines.
Maintaining strong client relationships through regularcommunication, proactive stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with fundsponsors, relationship managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamlessexecution of transactions and effective portfolio management .
Key Competencies
Strong understanding of credit principles, policies andregulations, loan products.
Post graduation degree in MBA Finance or M. Com orequivalent degree. CFA qualification is preferable, however notmandatory.
2-8 years experience in credit report writing
Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel
Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Experience of franchise finance/Fund Finance domain for aUS based bank will be an added advantage
