Credit Processing Associate (Contractual)

Key Responsibilities

• Video KYC Verification: Review, authenticate, and verify customer identity and KYC documents through Video KYC (V-KYC) recordings and digital workflows in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• Bank Statement & Income Analysis: Examine customer bank statements to identify recurring salary credits, business cash flows, average monthly balances, and auxiliary income streams; accurately update verified income figures in the loan origination system (LOS).
• Data Cross-Validation: Thoroughly cross-check customer details (name, address, date of birth, account numbers, and employer details) across the application form, submitted documentation, and bank statements to flag discrepancies or potential mismatches.
• Underwriting Support & System Logging: Input verified demographic and financial data into internal credit portals with zero error rates, ensuring all mandatory checklists are completed prior to credit appraisal.
• Discrepancy Reporting: Identify suspicious documents, transaction anomalies, or conflicting details and escalate them promptly to the risk and credit assessment teams.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (B.Com / BBA / B.Sc Finance preferred).
• Experience: 02 years of experience in retail loan processing, credit operations, document verification, or KYC operations (NBFC / Banking / Fintech background preferred).
• Basic understanding of banking transactions, debit/credit entries, banking abbreviations, and salary transaction patterns.
