The Role

We're looking for a Creative Strategist / Brand Manager to help shape how Sangi's thinks, communicates and shows up as a brand.

We're looking for someone with strong critical and creative thinking who can challenge briefs, spot interesting opportunities and turn them into ideas.

You'll work across brand, campaigns, product launches, content and collaborations, working closely with the creative team to take ideas from concept to execution.

What You'll Do

• Work on brand strategy, campaigns and product launches.
• Develop ideas across content, collaborations and communication.
• Work closely with designers, creators and agencies.
• Keep the brand's visual and communication language consistent.
• Bring new ideas based on consumers, culture and trends.
  

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy or marketing.
• Strong critical and creative thinking — this is a must.
• Strong creative point of view and great taste.
• Interest in brands, culture, food and consumer behaviour.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Experience working with or managing creative / marketing teams.
• Curious, proactive and always looking for new ideas.
• Comfortable with AI and new creative tools.
• FMCG, food or D2C experience is a plus.
