This is a WRITING and IDEAS role. You will find angles, write hooks, scripts and ad copy, and brief our designers and video editors.

You will NOT run ads, manage ad budgets or do media buying. Our media buyers handle that. If your main experience is running campaigns, this role is not for you.

About Us

Acetech E-commerce Ltd is an NSE-listed e-commerce company building D2C brands across cosmetics, supplements and wellness.

This is an in-house role working directly on our own brands and products — no client servicing.

The Role

You'll decide what our ads say and why. You'll dig into customers, find the angles that make people stop scrolling, and turn them into hooks, scripts and copy for UGC videos, static ads and short-form content across multiple D2C brands.

What You'll Do

• Research customer reviews, comments, competitor ads and Meta Ad Library for insights
• Find angles, pain points, desires and objections for each product
• Write scroll-stopping hooks (many per concept)
• Write scripts for UGC, creator and short-form video ads
• Write ad copy, headlines and on-screen text for static and video ads
• Create clear briefs for designers, video editors and UGC creators
• Review edits and improve existing creatives that aren't working
• Use simple feedback from the media team (which ads worked, which didn't) to write better next versions
• Keep a steady pipeline of new ideas to prevent creative fatigue

Must-Have

• 2–5 years of writing ad scripts, hooks or ad copy (creative strategist, copywriter or scriptwriter role)
• Written ads for D2C / e-commerce brands
• A portfolio or samples of scripts, hooks, briefs or ads you wrote
• Strong writing in English, Hindi and Hinglish
• Understands UGC, Reels and short-form ad formats
• Comfortable working on-site in Thane
• Comfortable professionally writing for intimate wellness categories

Preferred

• Beauty, personal care, supplements or wellness experience
• Experience writing for creator / influencer-led ads
• Basic understanding of what makes an ad perform (hook rate, CTR)
• Agency or in-house D2C creative team experience

• You are only a designer or video editor without writing experience
• You can't share samples of scripts, hooks or ads you wrote

Compensation

Based on current CTC, experience and industry standards.
