Role Overview

We are looking for a Creative Retoucher & GenAI Visual Artist with strong expertise in Photoshop, product retouching, compositing, and AI-assisted visual production.

The role involves creating commercially ready visuals across watches and lifestyle products, combining product photography, retouching, compositing, and AI-generated imagery.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute high-end product retouching and image compositing for watches and lifestyle products.
• Correct product details and imperfections while maintaining accuracy and realistic material representation.
• Combine AI-generated imagery with original product photography to create commercially usable visuals.
• Match perspective, lighting, colour, reflections, and shadows across composited elements.
• Retouch and process catalogue imagery across large volumes of SKUs while maintaining consistency.
• Manage colour correction masking, cleanup, image stacking, and final image preparation.
• Explore AI-assisted workflows to improve and develop commercial visual content.

Core Skillset

• Strong understanding of light, reflections, shadows, perspective, colour, and product materials.
• Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills with strong commercial retouching experience.
• Experience with complex compositing and non-destructive editing.
• Strong attention to product detail, texture, sharpness, and realism.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Lightroom Classic and bulk image workflows.
• Familiarity with Generative AI image tools is an advantage.

• Your experience is primarily limited to basic photo editing, social media creatives, or graphic design.
• You rely on presets or automated AI output without being comfortable refining the result manually.
• You are not comfortable with detailed product retouching or pixel-level work.
• You prefer fixed workflows and require step-by-step direction for every task.

Portfolio

Please share a portfolio demonstrating relevant product retouching, compositing, or AI-assisted visual work. Before-and-after examples are encouraged.

Work Schedule & Compensation

• Experience level: 1- 2 years
• Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat (On-site)
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Compensation: 25,000 – 30,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
• Note: Work on live client projects from day one with opportunities for growth and increased responsibility.
