Cost Control

We are looking for a candidate who is good in Project Control, - Cost Control / Planning

Experience- 0-5 years

Notice Period- Immediate - 1month.

Location - Chennai

Key Responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of project Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) and alignment with WBS.
• Assist in establishing the project cost baseline from approved estimates and budgets.
• Collect and validate cost information from engineering, procurement, construction and finance.
• Track actual costs, commitments, purchase orders, accruals and invoices.
• Assist in preparation of monthly cost reports and project cost dashboards.
• Maintain cost registers and supporting cost-control documentation.
• Support preparation of Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
• Assist in preparation and updating of project cash-flow forecasts.
• Track approved and pending project changes.
• Support reconciliation of project cost data with Finance/Accounting systems.
• Assist with engineering manhour and expenditure monitoring.
• Maintain data accuracy and timely reporting in project cost-control systems.
• Support project close-out and final cost reconciliation.
