Corporate Volunteering Associate

About The Role

Youth For Seva (YFS) is looking for an experienced professional to lead Corporate Volunteering initiatives and support CSR projects in Mumbai. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the NGO ecosystem, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a hands-on approach to project execution.

Key Responsibilities -

• Corporate Volunteering: Plan, coordinate, and monitor volunteering events, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and beneficiary needs.
• CSR Project Development: Conduct needs assessments, identify social impact opportunities, and develop and pitch CSR proposals to prospective corporate partners.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture relationships with corporates, NGOs, educational institutions, and community partners.
• Project & Event Execution: Manage end-to-end project implementation, event logistics, volunteer coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Reporting & Impact Assessment: Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, dashboards, and impact documentation for corporate stakeholders.
• Communication & Storytelling: Collaborate with the social media team to develop content, videos, and impact stories showcasing volunteering initiatives.
• Data & Documentation: Track volunteer participation, donations, project progress, and impact metrics using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Team Coordination: Support team management and operational coordination as the Mumbai team expands.

What We Are Looking For -

• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an NGO or development-sector organisation.
• Strong experience in corporate volunteering, CSR projects, community engagement, or social impact initiatives.
• Proven ability to coordinate with corporate partners, NGOs, and diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and pitching skills.
• Strong project management, event coordination, and execution capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel and work on the field as required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• An empathetic, proactive, and responsible approach, with a genuine commitment to social impact.
