Corporate Paralegal

Paralegal (Commercial Contracts) | Contract | Remote

Elevate has partnered with a global technology business to appoint a Paralegal to join its Legal team on an initial 2-3 month contract. This role will provide essential support across contract administration and legal documentation activities, assisting with a high volume of commercial agreements and legal requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and populate standard commercial agreements using approved templates.
• Draft contract amendments, variations and other ancillary documents based on existing precedents.
• Prepare termination and closure documentation using standard templates.
• Support the end-to-end administration of commercial contracts.
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation within internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain information required for contract preparation.
• Assist with legal operations, document management and contract tracking activities.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in line with internal policies and processes.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B.) or equivalent legal qualification.
• 1-4 years experience as a Paralegal, Legal Executive, Legal Associate, Contract Specialist or Contracts Administrator.
• Experience supporting commercial contracting processes and legal documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and document review skills.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within a high-volume environment.
• Experience supporting an in-house legal team is preferred.
• Prior exposure to technology, SaaS or commercial organisations will be advantageous.
