Designation: Corduroy Shift Supervisor
Department: Processing & Finishing
Qualification (Mandatory):
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Textile Engineering
- Preference for candidates with Textile Chemical Processing / Textile Processing specialization
Experience: 4-10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise corduroy fabric processing operations during the shift.
- Monitor brushing, shearing, raising, dyeing, finishing, and stenter processes.
- Ensure fabric quality standards related to shade, GSM, width, shrinkage, and finish.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Handle manpower planning and shift-wise production targets.
- Identify and resolve process defects to minimize rework and wastage.
- Maintain process compliance, safety standards, and production records.
