About The Role

Healthcare runs on trust. And trust is built one sentence at a time.

We're looking for a copywriter to join our Brand team and help shape how India sees, understands and talks about Even. You'll write across everything we put out. Brand films, social campaigns, performance ads, patient stories, product launches, and WhatsApp messages that needs to say exactly the right thing.

But this isn't just about writing copy. We want someone who can spot a great story, turn an insight into an idea, and make something complicated feel simple.

Someone who understands that great writing makes people feel something. And even better writing makes them do something.

What You'll Do

• Campaigns & social: Come up with ideas, write concepts, captions, carousels and reel scripts for Instagram and LinkedIn. From big launches to the everyday stuff that keeps a brand interesting.
• Performance copy: Write Meta and Google ads that make people stop, click and convert. Experiment with hooks, learn from the numbers and keep making the work better.
• Films & storytelling: Write scripts for brand films, explainers, patient stories and founder videos. Know when a story needs 90 seconds and when it needs five words.
• Brand voice: Help define what Even sounds like, and make sure that voice carries across social, WhatsApp, our app, website, emails and even hospital signage.
• Clinical storytelling: Work closely with doctors and clinical teams to make healthcare information accurate, accessible and genuinely interesting.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 4 years of copywriting experience, either at an agency or in-house. We'd love to see campaigns you've worked on, especially social and performance.
• Range. You can write a film that makes someone tear up and a six-word headline that makes them stop scrolling.
• Ideas, not just words. You think in campaigns, stories and concepts. You don't need someone to hand you an idea before you start writing.
• An obsession with clarity. You know that making something simple is often the hardest part of writing.
• A good relationship with feedback. You can defend a great idea, kill a mediocre one and rewrite a line ten times if that's what it takes.
• A natural ear for language. Your writing sounds like something a real person would actually say.
  
  

And most importantly, you care about the work. The details matter to you, even when nobody else notices them.
