Contracts Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage commercial contracts from initiation to execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements related to solar projects, including power purchase agreements (PPAs), engineering procurement contracts (EPCs), and other relevant documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for contractual issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality contracts that meet client expectations while minimizing costs.

Job Requirements :

• 5-12 years of experience in contract drafting, negotiation, or management in the renewable energy sector specifically focused on solar projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial contracts, including PPAs, EPCs, O&M contracts, etc.
• Excellent vetting skills for evaluating third-party contractors' proposals against project requirements.
• Proficiency in using software such as mous systems for efficient document management.
