LiveRamp, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts Manager to join our legal and procurement team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts to support business operations and mitigate risk. Your expertise will help streamline contract processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a diverse array of contracts, including vendor agreements, customer contracts, NDAs, partnership agreements, and more.
• Advise teams across the organization on contract terms, obligations, risks, and best practices.
• Collaborate with legal counsel, finance, procurement, and other teams to ensure contracts align with company policies and business objectives.
• Maintain organized contract records and oversee the contract lifecycle to ensure timely renewals and compliance.
• Ensure all contracts adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve and standardize contract processes and templates.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; a degree in law, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar role handling contract review, drafting, and negotiation.
• Strong analytical skills, with keen attention to detail and risk mitigation.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the SaaS or technology sector.
• Familiarity with contract management software and workflow tools.
• Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and data privacy regulations as they relate to contracts.
