Mandatory Skills

1. Private Equity Fund Accounting
• End-to-end fund accounting experience in Private Equity funds.
• Strong understanding of fund structures, capital activities, and investor reporting. [ -
2. Capital Calls & Distribution
• Preparation and review of capital call calculations and notices.
• Capital and profit distribution calculations. [
3. NAV / GAV Reporting
• Preparation, review, and finalization of GAV and NAV.
• GP/LP NAV pack preparation and investor reporting.
4. Fee Calculations
• Management fee calculations as per LPA.
• Incentive fee and performance fee calculations, including hurdle rates and crystallization. [
5. Waterfall & Equalization
• Experience with waterfall calculations.
