Write full-funnel content and set content strategy for real client work

You will write SEO-optimised content across the funnel — website copy, blogs, LinkedIn posts, social captions — for 5–8 D2C + B2B clients. You'll also develop content strategies for each client: brief, calendar, tone-of-voice, distribution plan. You work closely with our website design + development team on new site copy, and with our SEO team on keyword research + on-page optimisation. Everything you write goes live for real India + global brands.

Responsibilities

What you will do day-to-day

• SEO content writing — long-form articles, service pages, landing pages, optimised for keyword targets + search intent
• Website content writing — homepage copy, about pages, product pages, category descriptions in client brand voice
• Blog writing — educational + BOFU + comparison blogs with proper structure, headings, meta descriptions, internal links
• LinkedIn content writing — founder/exec posts, company posts, thought-leadership pieces that read like a human wrote them
• Social media copywriting — captions, hooks, CTAs across Instagram + LinkedIn + Facebook + X
• Develop content strategies for clients — audience map, funnel plan, editorial calendar, content pillars
• Coordinate with clients to understand content requirements — briefs, brand voice sessions, feedback loops
• Work closely with the website design + development team on copy for new sites and refreshes
• Perform keyword research and on-page SEO optimisation (Ahrefs / Semrush / GSC / manual SERP analysis)
• Ensure all content is engaging, SEO-friendly, and aligned with client objectives — owned quality bar, not just word-count delivery

What we're looking for

Skills, experience and mindset

• 1+ year of content writing experience — agency or in-house, SEO or long-form focus
• Strong writing in English — can hold different tones across B2B tech, D2C lifestyle, financial, healthcare; Hindi a plus
• SEO fundamentals — keyword research, search intent, title/meta writing, internal linking, structured headings
• Tools — comfortable with Ahrefs / Semrush / Google Search Console / Google Docs / Notion / basic HTML / WordPress
• Content strategy thinking — can map audience, funnel, editorial calendar; not just execute individual pieces
• Website copy discipline — understand information hierarchy, conversion flow, brand voice consistency
• LinkedIn + social sharpness — know what works on each platform in 2026 and why
• Research + interviewing — can talk to a client SME, extract insight, turn into publishable content
• AI-tool fluency without dependence — use ChatGPT / Claude for research or first drafts, but ship human-quality final work
• Nice to have: prior D2C brand writing, technical writing, LinkedIn ghost-writing, on-page schema knowledge
