About the Role

We are looking for a creative and analytical Content Strategist with 2–3 years of experience in planning, creating, and managing content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to develop content strategies that support brand awareness, audience engagement, and business objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing and business goals.
• Create content calendars for blogs, websites, email campaigns, social media, and other digital channels.
• Research industry trends, audience insights, and competitor content to identify opportunities.
• Write, edit, and optimize high-quality content for SEO and user engagement.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and product teams to produce compelling campaigns.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and recommend improvements.
• Ensure brand voice, messaging, and tone remain consistent across all platforms.
• Manage content updates and maintain editorial standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or digital marketing.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO tools.
• Excellent research, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
