About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Strategist with 2–3 years of experience in content development, digital marketing, and brand communication. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, an understanding of marketing strategies, and the ability to create engaging content that aligns with business objectives and brand guidelines. Experience using AI-powered tools for content creation and optimization is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing objectives, brand positioning, and business priorities.
• Create compelling content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Translate complex technical and business concepts into clear, engaging, and audience-focused messaging.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and business teams to develop consistent brand messaging across digital channels.
• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other content creation platforms to support research, ideation, and content optimization.
• Develop and maintain content calendars, messaging frameworks, templates, and reusable content assets.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Support integrated marketing campaigns by developing content tailored to different audiences and customer journeys.
• Monitor content performance metrics and recommend improvements to increase engagement and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on content marketing trends, emerging technologies, and AI-driven content development practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in content strategy, content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing, brand positioning, audience engagement, and content marketing principles.
• Experience creating short-form and long-form content for digital and marketing communications.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Strong collaboration, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt content to different audiences.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate content performance and optimize messaging.
• Attention to detail and a strong interest in emerging marketing technologies.
