Content Strategist

RedTeam Hacker Academy is looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategist to plan, create, and optimize content across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Plan, create, and manage content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Write compelling SEO-friendly content, website copy, ad copy, landing pages, and marketing materials.
• Manage and optimize content across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and the marketing team to produce high-quality content.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and optimize strategies based on insights.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Content Strategy, Content Marketing, Copywriting, SEO, or Social Media Marketing.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and content management systems (CMS).
• Experience with social media management and digital marketing.
• Creative thinking with excellent communication and project management skills.
