Role Description The Content Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. This role is responsible for planning and executing content strategies that support Quickstart Spaces brand, marketing campaigns, and lead-generation goals across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day tasks include developing content roadmaps, collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align messaging, and managing content calendars for websites, social media, email, and print collateral. The Content Strategist will research audience needs, analyze performance metrics, refine content approaches, and ensure all content reflects a consistent tone and positioning. This role also involves coordinating with designers and external partners to deliver impactful, on-brand content that highlights Quickstart Spaces offerings and community.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Content Strategy and Content Development skills to plan and create cohesive, audience-focused content initiatives.
• Candidates should possess Content Management skills to organize, schedule, and maintain content across websites, social media, and other platforms.
• Candidates should possess Web Content Writing and Writing skills to produce clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for digital and print channels.
• Experience collaborating with marketing, sales, and design teams to deliver integrated campaigns and consistent messaging.
• Ability to analyze content performance data, draw insights, and optimize strategies based on measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with attention to detail and deadlines.
• Familiarity with coworking, commercial real estate, or B2B services is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
