Boketto is an invite-only travel and social experiences brand built for Gen Z and millennials who would rather meet the world than just see it.

We curate group trips where strangers set out together and come back as friends. With 500+ trips completed and 10,000+ travellers hosted, we're building a distinctive brand at the intersection of travel, community and culture.

The Role

We're looking for a creative, culturally aware Content Strategist to own Boketto's content strategy and storytelling across social platforms.

From developing content pillars and monthly calendars to conceptualising viral reels, campaigns and original storytelling formats, you'll be responsible for turning ideas into content people want to watch, share and talk about.

You'll work closely with designers, video editors, creators and the social media team to build a recognisable brand voice, stay ahead of trends and create content that drives both engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly content strategies and calendars aligned with brand and business objectives.

• Conceptualise creative reels, campaigns, social-first storytelling formats and original content series.

• Understand Gen Z and millennial audiences, internet culture, emerging trends and platform behaviour.

• Translate Boketto's trips, traveller stories and community experiences into compelling content.

• Write creative briefs, scripts, hooks, captions and campaign concepts.

• Collaborate with designers, video editors, content creators and the social media team to execute ideas end to end.

• Maintain a consistent brand voice, storytelling style and communication across platforms.

• Monitor content performance, identify patterns and continuously improve the strategy using data and audience insights.

• Build a structured content pipeline that enables the team to plan ahead and deliver consistently.

• Take ownership of content quality, timelines and execution from ideation to publishing.

Who We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in content strategy, brand marketing, creative strategy or social media content.

• Experience working with consumer-facing brands, preferably in lifestyle, D2C, hospitality or community-led businesses.
