Content & Design Executive (AI-assisted)

We're looking for a Content & Design Executive to produce both the copy and the graphics behind Indexed's full-funnel B2B content — case studies, web copy, social graphics, sales enablement assets, and more — as one person, not split across two hires.

AI is the acceleration tool for this role, never the excuse for a lower quality bar. Given Indexed's premium, Tier-1 positioning, everything you ship has to look expensive. That means genuine design taste, not just prompting skill — you'll be genuinely fluent with AI content and design tools day-to-day, actively using them to multiply output rather than just being aware of them. This is a content-factory role: you're judged on shipping volume and quality together, not on perfecting single pieces slowly.

Produce full-funnel content, end-to-end

• Create both written and visual content — copy and graphics — across case studies, web copy, social graphics, and sales enablement assets
• Cover the full range of full-funnel B2B content types, not just SEO articles, reflecting Indexed's shift toward full-funnel content marketing

Hold the premium quality bar

• Bring genuine design taste to every asset, ensuring output looks expensive and matches Indexed's Tier-1 positioning
• Use AI to accelerate production without ever lowering the quality bar it produces against

Run as a content factory

• Produce at fast, consistent speed — shipping volume and quality together, rather than perfecting single pieces slowly
• Use AI content and design tools fluently, day-to-day, as a genuine multiplier on output

• 8+ years of experience across both written and visual content production
• Genuine design taste, not just prompting skill — you can tell the difference between AI output that looks premium and output that doesn't
• Range across full-funnel B2B content types — case studies, web copy, social graphics, sales enablement assets — not narrowly focused on SEO articles alone
• Fast, consistent production speed, comfortable being judged on shipping volume and quality together
• Genuine day-to-day fluency with AI content/design tools, actively using them to multiply output rather than just being aware of them

• Ownership of full-funnel content and design production for a premium, Tier-1-positioned agency
