We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to develop engaging digital content that strengthens brand awareness, attracts audiences, and supports marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong storytelling skills, a good understanding of social media trends, and the ability to produce compelling content across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for social media platforms, websites, blogs, and other digital channels.
• Develop creative concepts, content ideas, and storytelling approaches that align with brand objectives.
• Produce short-form videos, images, graphics, captions, and other multimedia content.
• Plan and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent and timely publishing.
• Research industry trends, audience interests, and competitor content to identify new opportunities.
• Write compelling captions, headlines, scripts, and promotional copy for digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and communications teams to develop content that supports business goals.
• Assist with video recording, photography, editing, and other content production activities.
• Adapt content formats and messaging to suit different platforms and target audiences.
• Monitor content performance, including views, reach, engagement, and audience growth.
• Use performance insights to improve content quality and develop more effective creative strategies.
• Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and maintains consistent messaging.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather information and develop relevant content.
• Stay updated on emerging social media trends, content formats, and digital tools.
• Organize and maintain content files, media assets, and production materials.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Multimedia Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or multimedia production is an advantage.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and creative communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Basic skills in photography, video production, and content editing.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar applications is beneficial.
• Good understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and digital content formats.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistent brand standards.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a creative team.
• A creative mindset, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback.
