Role Description The Content Creator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. In this role, the individual will develop and produce educational content, including lesson materials, scripts, activities, and digital assets aligned with interactive and hands-on learning methods. Responsibilities include researching curriculum topics, structuring content for different age groups, collaborating with subject matter experts and designers, and adapting material for multiple formats such as print, video, and digital platforms. The Content Creator will review and refine existing content, ensure accuracy and clarity, and maintain consistency with the company's learning philosophy. The role also involves meeting project timelines, participating in brainstorming sessions, and contributing ideas to enhance learner engagement.

Qualifications
- Ability to research academic topics and translate them into clear, engaging learning content suitable for different grade levels.
- Strong writing and editing skills for educational materials, scripts, and activity-based content.
- Experience creating or adapting content for multimedia formats (e.g., print, video outlines, digital modules, interactive worksheets).
- Basic understanding of instructional design principles and learner-centric pedagogy.
- Attention to detail, including fact-checking, language accuracy, and consistency with curriculum standards.
- Effective collaboration skills and ability to work with educators, designers, and product teams on-site.
- Comfort with using common productivity tools and content management or documentation systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Communications, or a related field; experience in educational content creation is an advantage.
