Role & Responsibilities

Our content team operates like a creative studio — agile, data-informed, and obsessed with storytelling that resonates across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, script, shoot, and edit high-impact short-form videos and long-form content for social platforms.
- Own the end-to-end content calendar — ideation, production, publishing, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align content with campaign goals and product launches.
- Optimize content for virality and platform algorithms — A/B test hooks, formats, and CTAs.
- Track KPIs (views, retention, CTR, conversion) and iterate based on real-time analytics.
- Stay ahead of trends — translate viral moments into branded content without losing authenticity.
