About the Role

We're looking for a creative and driven professional to manage our corporate Instagram channel, bring our company culture to life through engaging content, and grow our online community through consistent, high-quality storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, edit, and publish at least 1 Reel per day showcasing company culture, events, employee stories, and behind-the-scenes moments

● Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with brand voice and business goals

● Drive engagement through Stories, polls, Q&As, giveaways, collaborations, and trending audio/formats

● Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions; respond promptly to build community

● Track performance metrics (reach, engagement rate, follower growth, saves/shares) and optimize content strategy accordingly

● Coordinate with HR/internal teams to capture authentic culture moments (onboarding, events, celebrations, team wins)

● Stay updated on Instagram trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity

● Occasionally collaborate with influencers or employees as content creators/microambassadors

What You Bring

1–3 years of experience in social media management/content creation (corporate or personal brand experience both welcome)

Strong skills in Reels editing (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar)

Basic photography/videography skills (smartphone content creation is fine)

Good understanding of Instagram trends, hooks, and storytelling for short-form video

Copywriting skills for captions, hashtags, and community engagement

Creative eye + consistency — this role needs someone who won't miss a day

Bonus: experience with Canva, basic graphic design, or paid social ads
