Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market sizing, industry research, competitive analysis, and market mapping.
- Support M&A transactions and Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) projects.
- Develop acquisition target lists, screening criteria, and investment opportunity assessments.
- Perform financial analysis, benchmarking, and business modelling.
- Build and analyse datasets using public filings, regulatory databases, and market sources.
- Conduct primary research, expert interviews, and industry assessments.
- Prepare client-ready presentations, reports, dashboards, and analytical models.
- Support business growth strategies and strategic decision-making.
