Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead – Data & Analytics Engineering to drive enterprise data engineering, analytics, reporting, data governance and data quality initiatives across the organization. The role provides technical leadership across Data Ingestion, Power BI, Ataccama ONE, Databricks and cloud-based data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Profile required
Data Engineering: Python, Apache Airflow, Apache NiFi, ETL/ELT, Databricks, Kafka.
Databases: SQL, Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
Analytics: Power BI, DAX, Data Modeling, Dashboard Development.
Governance: Ataccama ONE, Data Quality, Metadata Management, MDM, Data Governance.
Cloud & DevOps: Azure/AWS/GCP, Git, CI/CD, Agile.
Preferred Qualifications
A senior data leader capable of bridging business, analytics, governance and engineering teams while driving scalable, secure and governed data solutions.

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead – Data & Analytics Engineering to drive enterprise data engineering, analytics, reporting, data governance and data quality initiatives across the organization. The role provides technical leadership across Data Ingestion, Power BI, Ataccama ONE, Databricks and cloud-based data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead data ingestion, ETL/ELT and integration solutions using Airflow, NiFi, Python and Databricks.
- Drive Power BI reporting, dashboarding and reporting modernization initiatives.
- Lead Ataccama ONE implementations covering Data Quality, Governance, Metadata Management and MDM.
- Define data architecture standards and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data stewards, architects and engineering teams.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership.
- Support release management, production support, upgrades and platform optimization.
Profile required
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics or Data Governance.
- 5+ years of technical leadership experience.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale data transformation programs.
Data Engineering: Python, Apache Airflow, Apache NiFi, ETL/ELT, Databricks, Kafka.
Databases: SQL, Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL.
Analytics: Power BI, DAX, Data Modeling, Dashboard Development.
Governance: Ataccama ONE, Data Quality, Metadata Management, MDM, Data Governance.
Cloud & DevOps: Azure/AWS/GCP, Git, CI/CD, Agile.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ataccama certification preferred.
- Cognos migration experience.
- Power Automate knowledge.
- Banking/Financial Services domain experience.
- Enterprise Data Governance exposure.
