Consultant - Solution Sales - Government Advisory

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Solution Sales Consultant with experience in government advisory, solution sales, presales, and business development. The candidate will drive business opportunities across Government and Public Sector clients by understanding their requirements, conceptualizing technology - led solutions, developing proposals, delivering presentations, and supporting end - to - end business development and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive solution sales and business development across Government departments, ministries, PSUs, and public - sector organizations.

- Identify and develop opportunities for Innovatiview's solutions across:

1. Examination Security Solutions - biometric verification, CCTV surveillance, and examination monitoring.

2. Smart Infrastructure & Smart City Solutions - Integrated Command and Control Centres, ITMS, and Safe City projects.

3. Election Management & Surveillance - technology - enabled election monitoring and surveillance infrastructure.

4. IT Infrastructure & System Integration - technology deployment, infrastructure solutions, and equipment rental/leasing.

- Presales activities, including requirement gathering, solution conceptualization, proposal development, and bid strategy.

- Provide advisory and consulting support to government clients by understanding their challenges and recommending suitable solutions.

- Prepare and deliver high - impact presentations, concept notes, business proposals, and solution demonstrations to senior government stakeholders.

- Collaborate with internal technical, presales, tendering, and project teams to develop customized solutions and commercial proposals.

- Build and manage client relationships, participate in meetings and negotiations, and support deal closure.

- Track government tenders, market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

- Support the complete business development cycle, from opportunity identification and solution design to proposal submission and closure.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- MBA/PGDM in Business Management, Strategy, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

- 5 years of relevant experience in Government Consulting, Solution Sales, Presales, Advisory, or Business Development from Big 4 consulting firms.

- Experience in Government & Public Sector Advisory, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, Smart Infrastructure, or System Integration projects.

- Strong understanding of government procurement, tendering, and public - sector business development.

- Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to translate client requirements into technology - led solutions and commercially viable business opportunities.
