About this role
Job Summary
Perform end-to-end performance testing for GUI and service-based applications/software systems and identify performance bottlenecks.
Key responsibilities- Create, maintain, improve, and troubleshoot NeoLoad performance test scripts.
- Create and maintain NFR documents.
- Execute NeoLoad tests and analyze results.
- Prepare test summary reports and present results to stakeholders.
- Complete assigned performance-testing activities and provide daily updates.
- Collaborate on application design and technical implementation.
- Understand regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Have awareness of Agile practices.
- 79 years of relevant performance-testing experience for that particular version of the JD.
- Software-development knowledge in Java, Python, JavaScript, C or C++.
- Strong web-application performance-testing concepts.
- Experience with performance-testing and APM tools.
- Hands-on end-to-end performance testing.
- Knowledge of GenAI/LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, responsible AI, keeping current with AI technologies, defining AI use cases with business/technical teams, and communicating AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
